Technical details
Die-cut box with 1 gluing point for the main brake cylinder. Graphics is applied on a coated top liner board using 3 printing colors.
The lid of the box is closed by interlocking tabs which are inserted into special die-cut openings. Such junction is strong enough to withstand high loads and handle heavy products.
Scoring made on the junction provides easier closing.
Bottom of the box is made in "Dovetail" design. Such mechanism helps to make the assembly simple and fast. The time needed to form the bottom is only 3 seconds.
Cut-crease provided at the lower corners of the box is designed so that the corners do not deform under high weight.
