SRP (RTS) box for cans with peas with 3 gluing points. Printed is applied to brown board using 3 colors.
For a better fixation of the lid, the box design provides reliable locks which are inserted into the die-cut openings located on the front side of the box.
Cut-crease on the lid adds flexibility to the box and helps to reduce time spent on packaging goods.
The box is designed as a transport container with a hinged lid which later becomes a packaging ready for sale. Perforation on the box provides an opportunity to remove unnecessary parts of the cardboard in order to lay out the products to a store shelf.
For making the process of cardboard removal more convenient, one side of the packaging is provided with a die-cut opening.
The box is performed in Auto-bottom format - this is the best way to save time during assembly. It takes only 1 second to form the bottom!
Six round die-cut openings on the lid serve as indicators of the number of cans contained inside the box, which is very convenient for the goods distribution in the warehouse of the supplier and is considered a good practice in working with retail chains.
