Technical details
SRP die-cut box with 3 gluing points for cat food. Printing is made on a white top liner board using 2 colors.
Upper and lower scoring lines are provided with cut-crease. This element allows folding the packaging without losing print quality, and also provides external rigidity.
Cut-crease at the corners serves for smoother closing of the valves, as well as for bringing the packaging aesthetic outer view throughout the sales chain. Corners are not broken during transportation and storage.
Box is provided with tear-off perforation. When tearing a board part along the perforation line, we get a Shelf Ready Packaging. For convenient and quick tearing of cardboard, one side of the packaging is provided with cut-crease.
The box lid is fixed by joint units which are inserted into special die-cut openings.
Die-cut on the lid is used for convenient movement of goods inside the package.
The box is performed in Auto-bottom format which allows to form the bottom in just 1 second.
