Self-erecting tray for berries. Full-colour printing is made on a coated top liner board.
The box is designed as a basket which was possible to achieve by 2 lines of scoring at the corners.
The tray is made of a single piece of corrugated cardboard with interlocking tabs. The result is a reliable durable construction.
Locks are performed in such a way that when they are fixed, holes are formed at all four corners. It makes the construction “breathe”. Due to air circulation, products will remain fresh for a long time. In addition, the resulting juice will find a place for an exit, and it, in turn, positively affects the box durability.
